“Herbion’s Pakistan Operations recently participated in DAWN Lifestyles 2010 Exhibition in Karachi, Pakistan. The three day event was held at Expo Centre Karachi from the 25th to 27th of June, 2010. The event, hailed as the most successful in its series, attracted around 1.1 million Karachites. It featured all of the leading FMCG, electronics, pharmaceutical, services and corporate brands of the country.

| To attract the immense crowd at the stall, the Herbion team had designed a number of games carrying prizes, lucky-draws and even singing competitions. People could not only purchase the entire range of OTC product, but also could obtain information regarding new products and enroll into lucky draws. |

| We witnessed an overwhelming response to our Linkus Nova lozenges, Fiberlax Psyllium Husk, DermiDoc Anti-Acne cream and Tootrus syrup/lozenges brands along with a number of our ethical brands. The people present on all the three days were greatly excited to take advantage of our INSTY sampling, which we carried out throughout the 6 Halls of the event. | International Children’s Day celebration in Moscow, Russia |

| International Children’s Day was celebrated in Moscow, Russia with great excitement and flair. And Herbion was at the forefront of these celebrations by involving Parents, Children and Pediatricians of the area. Parents were very thankful to Herbion for Linkus as it helps them keep their children healthy and fit. During these festivities, children were gifted coloring books which were received with great delight.

| Children’s day has always been the highlight of Herbion’s calendar and this year’s Children’s day was no exception as a gala event took place in cultural parks and Republican Children's Hospital in Kyrgyzstan. During this activity Gifts were distributed amongst children. All of the attendees including parents showed great enthusiasm towards our products. It was a memorable day with great memories for everyone!!!

The MedSib-2010 Exhibition was held in Novosibirsk Siberian, Russia from 19th – 21st May 2010, celebrating achievements in all Healthcare sectors (pharmaceuticals, medical technology, medical services, medical equipment, spa treatment, etc.).

| The 160 participating companies included Pharmaceutical companies, medical cosmetics and dietary supplements manufacturers’ .The exhibition also gained local TV coverage. Herbions’s booth was amongst the most visited and most colorfully decorated booths in the exhibition. All of the visitors were provided gift bags which contained product samples and literature. |

| The survey of visitors showed that many already knew about Insty, Linkus syrup and Linkus Lozenges. Many doctors even praised Linkus and Insty for its efficacy. Pharmacists also showed great enthusiasm about our products and their confidence in it. |

| VISIT OF HERBION BY FACULTY MEMBERS OF PHARMACY, UNIVERSITY OF KARACHI |

of Karachi after visiting Herbion’s state of the art Natural Medicine Manufacturing
and Research Facility.

Two delegations from Department of Pharmacy, University of Karachi visited Herbion on 28th
of April and 5th of May, 2010 respectively. First Delegation was lead
by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Arif (Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry) and Prof. Dr.
Ghazal Rizwan and Prof. Dr. Farah MAzhar (Department of Pharmacognosy) while the
second delegation was headed by their aforesaid Dean Faculty, accompanied by Prof.
Dr. Iqbal Azhar (Chairman Pharmacognosy, Faculty of Pharmacy). Both the delegations
were accompanied by students of final year Pharm D and M. phil also.

The objective of the visit was to get an idea, especially by the students, about the standards of Phytopharmaceutical
organization, its manufacturing and research facility in Pakistan. Another important
objective was to start collaboration between the two organizations. |

Chief Executive Officer,
Mr. Nadeem Khalid shared his views about company’s vision, mission and objectives.
He said that at Herbion we strongly believe in coupling traditional medicine with
research and for this purpose collaboration with scientific research institute is
a must.

Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Syed Abid Mumtaz gave brief introduction about the company, its operations and
particularly highlighted the research activities, followed by presentation on versatile
research and marketing activities of Herbion.

After detailed factory
round, delegates appreciated the efforts made by Herbion in developing such a modern
facility of manufacturing natural medicine and equally appreciated the efforts towards
developing research-based medicines. They agreed upon working jointly with Herbion
to develop highly sophisticated, researched based products for the betterment of
the mankind all over the globe. The delegates offer Herbion to visit Pharmacy Faculty
as well.

very healthy environment. All the delegates thanked Herbion for arranging such an
informative and useful visit especially for the students. Both organizational heads

Herbion recently participated in the Health fest organized by NATURAL PRODUCTS ASSOCIATION SOUTHWEST in Dallas, Texas. NPA Southwest is an organization that is engaged in promoting and protecting the integrity, marketing and growth of the natural products industry through education, communication, member services and regulatory involvement.

The exhibition hall was buzzing with activity over 14-16 May as thousands of people gathered to attend NPA Southwest’s Healthfest for natural and organic products –.The ‘must-attend’ business event for the natural products, health food and organic sectors in the region. The show’s exhibitors were joined by thousands of trade buyers from all around USA.

Visitors were able to take advantage of the hundreds of exhibitors with their latest products, inspiring seminars, celebrity demonstrations, new launches and health awareness programs while the exhibitors gained from fantastic networking opportunities. | Herbion collaboration with ICCBS for toxicological and pharmacological studies |

The International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi (KU), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Herbion Pakistan to initiate official coordination between the two organizations, especially in the field of toxicological and pharmacological studies.

| The Director, ICCBS, Dr Muhammad Iqbal Chaudhary, on behalf of ICCBS and the Director, Herbion, Nadeem Khalid , signed the MoU at a meeting held on Thursday at the ICCBS. Herbion is a research-based global company with its focus on natural healthcare products. |

| An official of the ICCBS, in a statement, said that both the parties had agreed to have exchange of professionals programme between the two organisations, and to make feasibility of conducting toxicological studies on Herbion products at ICCBS. |

Herbion recently participated in Pediatrics’ Conference in Uzbekistan. The theme of the conference was “Problems of Pediatricians”. The conference was held on 3rd May and was organized by the Ministry of Health and Tashkent Medical Academy.

| 220 Doctors from the region participated in this grand event, the Chief Guest was honorable Uzbekistani Minister of Health and a few other Ministry officials. A number of companies were at hand including Berlin Chemie, LEK, Sanofi Aventis, Nestle, Polpharma, Nobel Pharm Sanoat etc. |

| 17th Annual "Man and Medicine" Conference, Russia |

From 12th-16th April, 2010; the 17th Annual "Man and Medicine" Conference was held at the Russian Academy of Public Services, Moscow, Russia. The Event was organized jointly by The Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russian Federation in collaboration with Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education Foundation.

| The conference was attended by large no of Doctors who participated from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries. The treatment of common cold and flu in children, gastroenterology, cardiology, family medicine, pulmonology and urology was mainly discussed in the conference this year. |

| Herbion recently participated in “1st International Conference of Traditional & Herbal Medicine’s role in society”. All heads of Uzbekistan Treatment Centers, Minister of Health, Presidents family members were on hand as the event progressed. One of the Chief guests was Mr. Malahov Genadiy - the biggest entertainers of Russian television Promoting Traditional and Herbal Medicine. Main topic that of discussion was, “Can Traditional and Herbal medicine substitute Allopathic Medicine? If yes, then how”? The Event was widely observed by press on TV, Newspaper, Radio.
